Sudden onset galactorrhea in a teenaged girl

THE CASE

A 15-year-old adolescent female with a history of anxiety disorder, currently being treated with sertraline and counseling for approximately 1 month, presented to the adolescent medicine clinic with sudden onset of galactorrhea. She first noticed it when she was taking a shower and a large amount of milky discharge spontaneously leaked from bilateral nipples.
