Pharmaceutical Technology asked its readers to identify the country/region of origin of their suppliers when sourcing raw materials and non-GMP intermediates or other chemicals. The results of our poll, which was conducted from Mar. 3–16, 2010, showed that more than half (56%) of poll participants say suppliers from India and China are their primary source for raw materials, non-GMP intermediates, and other chemicals.
